The Primaned Academy educates Project Controls. Project Controls is a relatively recent field of study and is gaining popularity internationally. Organisations are increasingly focusing on themselves as matrix organisations and are working on a project basis. In order to be able to manage projects effectively, a strategy is needed, and the proper training of employees is an important part of this.

Integrated approach
Project Controls includes planning work within a time period. In addition, we are looking at how material and employees can be planned. When a change occurs, it must be possible to anticipate it and, if necessary, adjust it. Possible risks have an effect on the feasibility of the project objectives, and therefore on the planning and management. Our programmes are based on an integrated approach to planning and the surrounding knowledge areas.

Our training offer
Our programmes can be taken separately or within a the Project Controls programme. All our modules focus on the competencies that are necessary for a Project Controls Professional. All our courses are composed by academics who, in addition to being teachers, also work as consultants, in collaboration with our own practice-oriented Project Controls Consultants and Engineers. In this way, we have developed practical, theoretically based, pragmatic training courses.

Teachers
The training is provided by well-trained teachers, who have gained and are gaining experience in many projects.

Team
Get to know the Academy Team, which is responsible for the daily affairs.

Personal attention
The modules are given to a maximum of 9 participants so that the teacher can give each participant personal attention. In addition, the interaction between the participants of different project organisations is experienced as instructive and pleasant.

Lunch
All our training modules include lunch.

Certificate
After participating in a training module, participants receive a certificate from the Primaned Academy.
