As part of the Education Scheduling Engineer Course, the Project Scheduling Game can be taken.
During the Project Scheduling Game, you take on your fellow contestants player-by-player in setting up a project schedule. The objective of the game is to make your fictitious project organisation profitable by planning wisely. Of course, limited resources, risks and the behaviour of your fellow players are factors that make the game more difficult round after round. By not making planning mistakes and making the right decisions under time pressure, you will become the winner of this game. Also, this is a good way to exchange project controls experiences with the other participants.
