Risk Management with Oracle Primavera Cloud

The Risk App in the Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC) platform is designed to comprehensively identify, quantify and analyse project and programme risks.

Duration

2 days

Price

€ 990.00 excl. VAT

Location
  • Capelle a/d IJssel
Learning method
  • Classroom
  • InCompany

Using practical examples, the participant will gain insight into how the Risk App works and how it interacts with the Scheduling App and can support the risk management process. You will learn how the risk register works and how it can be filled and used in a manageable way by all team members.

Besides recording risks and control measures, you will also learn about the aspects of probabilistic plans available in OPC Risk. This is based on practical examples and case studies in which you include uncertainties and risks in the project risk model. You then learn to analyse and substantiate the feasibility (on time and budget) using distribution graphs, tornado graphs and scatterplots.

Topics covered include calculating P85 dates, buffers, scenario analysis and weather calendars.

Oracle Primavera Cloud’s Risk App is still under development. The training content is checked before each session so that you always get the latest possible information and insight into future features (when known).

Software version

The latest version of OPC is always used during the training. The training database is provided by the Primaned Academy.

Preliminary training

A good basic knowledge of scheduling is required for this training, preferably Oracle Primavera Cloud. It is also possible to follow this training as part of the Project Risk Expert training.
